FCRA Regulations
In India, Charitable Trusts and Societies that receive foreign contributions or donations from foreign sources are required to obtain registration under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010. Such a registration under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010 is called a FCRA registration.
